My life's faith journey up to 2010.

I have had links with Otago for about 3 years. I did a paper on cross-cultural counselling 3 years ago. Prior to that, from 1980-1985 I trained for Catholic priesthood at Holy Cross College, Mosgiel. We had a good relationship with Otago Theological Faculty and I had the pleasure of being taught NT Scripture by Professor Ian Cairns, the then moderator of the Presbyterian, First Church in Dunedin.
I am from Gisborne, am married to Robyn, and have 3 very active children, Sam(15), Mary(13), and Matthew(11). I am currently building and Tutoring at Tairawhiti Polytechnic in construction. I am a fully qualified Secondary teacher, carpenter, and an active ordained Catholic Priest in 1987 at St. Mary's, Rotorua. My wife, Robyn,(we were married in 1992)is Anglican and we actively support both the Anglican and Catholic communities in Gisborne both in youth activities, sacramental programme delivery, in service leading and in music. I would like to learn more about IT computer technology as I find it quite scary learning new computer skills at 51. I would also like to become a more effective preacher, teacher, husband and dad through this course. I find all learning impacts on all areas of influence in my life
